Simon Turnbull, Founder & CEO
Beginning his digital career in 2006 at the largest Search Engine Marketing agency in Europe, Simon swiftly transitioned to leading SEO, Social, Paid Media and Affiliate agencies. Thriving on the creative strategy development for diverse brands, he has cultivated a vast and versatile career portfolio.
At the tender age of 28, Simon was entrusted as Managing Partner for a full-service digital agency boasting a $15m USD annual revenue. His trajectory was further shaped by his interactions with industry stalwarts, which culminated in significant achievements, such as securing the position of Online PR Agency of Record by Sony Europe, launching ibis Hotels into Latin America, and transforming a faltering PPC car insurance campaign for AIG into a triumph.
However, Simon's passion lies in assisting brands to navigate the digital landscape and acquire market share. This inspired him to create ION SUMMIT for global brands, with a central ethos of prioritizing results and relationships over tedious long-term contracts, a philosophy he now channels into his role of serving SMBs at ION IGNITE.

With over 40 years as a local business owner in Wisconsin, Dan Luck is the proud owner of Bella Domicile, a kitchen and bath remodelling firm. Recognized as a "Big Fifty Hall of Fame" inductee and a Top Innovator by Kitchen & Bath Design News, Dan's commitment to innovation has been evident throughout his career.
Dan also writes articles on business education and uses his experience to mentor industry newcomers and veteran business owners, a testament to his understanding of SMBs.
